The U.S.A 4×100M men's team were disqualified for an illegal baton exchange. They were already performing a bronze victory lap after Bolt lead Jamaica to yet another Gold and his 9th Olympic medal, with Japan surprisingly taking the Silver; but there were looks of dismay as they realized that they had been disqualified. Canada were moved automatically to the Bronze medal spot.
This was Tyson Gays 3rd Olympics without a medal, of course he didn't go free from social media critics with tweeter users dubbing him the "Rick Ross of Track".
